How it Works

Slip your feet into the pedals and make sure each foot is centered and snug so the band sits flat (not twisted). Grab the handles with a firm, comfortable grip and step back (or scoot your hips back if seated) until you feel light tension—this is your starting position. Keep your core tight, shoulders relaxed, and wrists straight. Begin the movement by slowly pulling the handles toward your body while pressing your feet forward into the pedals, then return with control (don’t let the band snap back). Adjust the difficulty by changing your distance from the band: step farther back to increase tension, step closer to reduce it. For a full session, do 10–15 controlled reps per movement for 2–4 rounds, resting 30–60 seconds between rounds. To finish, slowly reduce tension by stepping closer, then remove your feet one at a time and store the band flat and dry.
