How it Works

Place your feet securely against the resistance straps and make sure the bands are evenly aligned without twisting.

Grip the Pilates bar firmly with both hands and step into position until you feel light tension in the bands—this is your starting point. Keep your core engaged, shoulders relaxed, and posture upright throughout each movement.

Begin by slowly pressing, pulling, or stretching through each exercise with controlled motion, then return smoothly to the starting position without letting the bands snap back.

To increase intensity, shorten the band length or step farther from the anchor point; to reduce resistance, loosen the bands or move closer.

For best results, perform 10–15 slow, controlled reps for 2–4 rounds while focusing on form, balance, and breathing. When finished, carefully release the tension, detach the bands, and store your Pilates bar in a cool, dry place.
